Walking distance from transport (train & bus) Cool and interesting downstairs theatre room. Restaurants, cafe and mini-markets close by."

"The door does not stay shut, and always needs to be locked. Door straight from living area to street, and curtains need to be wider to cover whole window/door. Be careful of the split level steps, and the steep steps to theatre room."

"The host supported me at very short notice with multiple telephone calls (in English, as my French is so poor). The keys are nearby and easy to get to if you can provide the security deposit online. The apartment is compact, but fun and stylish and practical for a short visit. Things like soap and towels and washing up liquid, etc., were well provided. (It is impractical for substantial self catering, but the location is brilliant for food so that's not the point.) I had 2 small kids, and they enjoyed the novelty of the apartment. I will try this apartment again next time I visit."

"The location was amazing. There are so many restaurants nearby and walking distance to Notre Dame and the Pantheon. It's a small apartment but it worked for us. For us we used the main bedroom for 2 parents, smaller bedroom had one grandparent and teenager slept on the sofa bed. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Bathroom facilities were nice with good size showers. The hosts were responsive. So grateful for the small washing machine and drying racks."

"The apartment smells musty and occasionally moldy. There is mold in some corners. The TV room is even worse for dampness. Fans would be helpful since opening windows is awkward since the front door opens right onto the street. Sofa bed wasn't comfortable but they never are. The smaller bedroom is very tight. You can't fit 2 people with luggage. We fit one woman with one suitcase and that was it. If you are sensitive to smells this isn't for you. I hope the hosts figure out a way to mitigate the smell and dampness because that is really our only concern with recommending this apartment."
